<p><!--block-->As the Assistant Director, Ms. Natalee strives to provide a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. She works to maintain the quality of our center by complying with any governmental regulations regarding the care of the children and Teachers. Ms. Natalee communicates directly with parents and is more than willing to become readily available to listen if parents have any concerns. During class time, she may supervise and evaluate our Teachers to mentor and provide specific trainings to enhance individual teaching skills. Ms. Natalee encourages our Teachers to build meaningful and emotional connections with our families to ensure we develop the needs of all aspects of the child, including socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually. Ms. Natalee plans our family events and community socials to create greater experiences for parents and their children. Our events also serve as a special opportunity for family members and friends of our own families to check out the classrooms and meet the Teachers. Ms. Natalee is confident that our center will help shape how children learn, develop, and grow each day.</p>
<p><!--block-->Ms. JoAnn has over 14 years experience in early childhood education. She has been with KinderCare since 2013. As our Program Specialist, she helps each class with implementation of the curriculum and encourages creative administration of enrichments to brighten the individual learning environments. Ms. Joann believes that early childhood education is a great way to encourage and motivate children cognitively, socially, and emotionally. She has a passion to educate and be an important, positive role model for the children at such an early age.</p>
<p><!--block-->Ms. Demetra's goal is to encourage children to express individuality through artistic exploration and creativity. She helps infants learn to engage with others by talking with them; communicating through non-verbal gestures; telling stories and singing songs to model conversational skills; and using picture books to build associations between sounds, objects, and words. Ms. Demetra also helps infants improve mobility and coordination by supporting babies as they roll from side to side and learn to crawl, stand, and walk; and by supporting the development of motor skills with blocks and shape boards. She also ensures that she meets all children's individual needs for rest and nutrition. </p>
<p><!--block-->Ms. Yolanda's goal is to lay the foundation for infants to develop trusting relationships. She responds to each baby with sensitivity and attention; uses words, facial expressions, and eye contact to communicate; and uses family photos to promote self-awareness and provide continuity with each child's home. Ms. Yolanda helps babies build brain power in a loving and caring environment. She prepares infants to think and reason by exploring the concepts of cause and effect, trial and error, and object permanence through play; provides a variety of materials of different colors, sizes, textures, and shapes for infants to explore; and encourages the use of all five senses so that babies can safely discover the world. Entrusting someone else with your infant can be a challenge, but rest assured, you are placing your infant in the arms of a mother and grandmother with many years of care and dedication to the education and love of children.</p>
