    Tom Stacy founded T. Stacy & Associates, Inc. in 1994, a fully integrated commercial real estate firm specializing in leasing, development, acquisition, and property management. In 2012, he co-founded CapRidge Partners, LLC, a vertically integrated commercial real estate operator, investor, and fund manager. Headquartered in Austin, CapRidge serves growth markets in the Southeast, Southwest, and Mountain West. Dedicated to superior service, CapRidge prioritizes tenant, client, partner, and investor satisfaction. Mr. Stacy's commitment to community service is evident through his involvement in various organizations and accolades, including chairing the Downtown Austin Alliance and receiving awards such as the "Individual IMPACT" and "Vision Award" for his contributions to downtown Austin. Additionally, he serves on numerous boards and is an active member of the Austin Baptist Church. A native of Levelland, Texas, Mr. Stacy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Texas Tech University and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker. He is also an accomplished pilot with Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certification and multiple jet-type ratings.

    Kevin Black oversees all company operations and is a member of the Investment Committee. Formerly a Principal at T. Stacy & Associates, he brings extensive experience from Archon Group, a subsidiary of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., that managed over $50 billion in real estate assets. Specializing in office, multi-family, and data center properties, Mr. Black has completed transactions exceeding $4 billion. He holds a Finance degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designee, and a licensed Texas and Arizona Real Estate Broker. A member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Mr. Black brings a wealth of expertise to his role.

    Chief Investment Officer

    At CapRidge, Dan Terpening directs the investment focus on the various funds while also overseeing the deal team. With six years prior at Heitman, a premier investment manager for global institutions, Dan gained expertise in deal sourcing, acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, and client reporting. A Texan for over a decade, he is an active member of ULI, RECA, and volunteers with the Austin Parks Foundation. Originally from the Chicagoland area, Dan graduated from the University of Illinois – Urbana-Champaign’s Gies College of Business before launching his commercial real estate career in Chicago.
